After many frustrating years using their old site, the client finally decided it was time to redevelop. We took a look at their Google Analytics to get a feel for how users were travelling through the site and were better able to create a site suited to their needs. The site was cut back from 63 to just 10 pages. Analytics show users now spend more time on the site and are visiting more pages and downloading more policy papers. A major win for the client.
